How to add regions?

To add regions take the stick using /uclan wand, select the points that surround the entire desired location and use /uclan addregion <name>. You can expand the selected region using /uclan expand. The default values are: VERT - to select from 0 to 256, UP <number> - Increase a certain amount upwards, DOWN <number> - Increases down a certain amount.
