Verus Anticheat
Verus Development have been providing enterprise quality anticheat solutions since 2017

Verus is an advanced packet based anticheat, made to perform at any player count, on any server version between 1.7 and 1.16.3, without any performance overhead. Verus mainly operates on the netty thread(s), by doing this we're not putting any unnecessary load onto the main thread. Verus is compatable with any plugin, as it operates at the packet level, and tracks all essential incoming and outcoming packets.
Each check is made with performance in mind, and goes through vigorous testing on participating networks, to make sure false positives are minimal.
We currently support MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. This allows for easy ban/log lookups, and violation persistence, which is a massive feature for networks with minigames.
We have 3 different packages with different levels of detectability to suit your needs. Regular is our basic package for $60, has one whitelist, which can detect blatant modules. Premium is our main package for $125, has three whitelists, designed to include all the features from Regular, with the addition of modern/ghost client detections. Custom is our top package for $200, has unlimited whitelists, and introduces a handful of features needed for larger networks.
Unlike other solutions on the market, Verus has it's own custom compatability layer which allows us to support both 1.7 to 1.16.3 server and client versions. There's no need to run pesky, unwanted packet libraries on your network whilst running Verus.

- What sets Verus apart from other solutions on the market?
Verus has the 3 main things an anticheat should have: Detectability, Scalability, and Reliability. These are 3 very basic concepts, yet other solutions on the market struggle with them, whereas Verus does not.
- What are the main differences between packages?
The main difference between our standard packages would be detectability, and obviously price. Regular is made to detect blatant cheats, Premium adds the capability to detect modern/ghost cheats.
- What gamemodes does Verus support?
Due to things like console clients on Factions for example, you'll have to disable the odd check. Verus is not a "HCF" anticheat, it's universal.
- What networks run Verus?
We unfortunately do not disclose which networks run Verus, as that is up to the customer themselves to disclose.
- How good is Verus performance?
Unlike other solutions on the market, our performance claims are real. We have several large-scale networks running Verus with ~1000 concurrent players on a single instance at peak times, without any performance overhead from Verus.
- Will Verus run on my custom spigot?
Verus will support any server jar running a version between 1.7 and 1.15. If you are running a custom spigot, it *should* work without any issues, but if the developer has made changes to essential features, get them to contact us so we can resolve this.
- I found a false positive, how long will it take until it is fixed?
Once notified, we'll usually get a patch out within the hour, and thanks to our launcher, it is as simple as running /verus restart, and you'll pull the latest build from our authentication servers.
- How long do I get to use Verus after purchasing?
Our licensing is lifetime, meaning for aslong as our product is ongoing, you will have access to the product. Verus has been running flawlessly since the start of 2018, which makes the project over 2 years old, and we have no intentions of stopping.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept a handful of different payment methods: Stripe, TransferWise, and BTC.
- What association does Tenebrous have with this anticheat?
This is a private matter, however Tenebrous is a good friend, and has helped during testing and production of several checks within Verus.

We analyze packets to detect cheaters, in a lightweight yet effective fashion. Verus is self dependant and doesn't require any sort of libraries like several other anticheat solutions, this is so Verus is as efficient as possible. Furthermore, Verus is compatible with any plugin, as it operates at the packet level, meaning all your Custom Kits and Enchant plugins won't be affected when running Verus. Verus has very few false positives as each check has to go through vigorous testing, and 2 different stages before being released. Verus currently runs on several medium-large networks, which helps us catch and resolve issues swiftly
