Step 1: Download and configure YML.
Step 2: Reload your server.
Step 3: In Essentials.yml find EssentialsChat
Step 4: In Format, put {prefix} before {DISPLAYNAME} like so;
Step 5: Reload again.
Step 6: Have a nap.
