Praxi
This plugin supports any kind of kits, like NoDebuff, BuildUHC, Parkour, Sumo, etc. Most everything can be configured in-game. Praxi also utilizes a complex automatic arena generation system that finds open spots in the world and creates normal or duplicate arenas.

If you've ever wanted to open a Practice server, this is what you'll want to run on your server. Quality is key, and you won't find any other practice plugin like Praxi.
