User can use the head with headshower.use
Limited the head per user with headshower.use.<Number of head>
Unlimited use with headshower.use.-1
Show the head and NameTag per player with %player% placeholder
Get a head with a skin url ! /hsu
Play sound on the head /hss
Change rotation per head

Your idea

Put the plugin in the plugin folder of your server and restart.
Preform the command /hs <Player for give the head > <Head Skin> [Little? true | false] [NameTag (Not required)] support space for nametag

Require the permission headshower.admin
You'll receive the head. Just place where you want

For the list of the placed head just preform /headlist <page>

You can teleport to the head, delete it, change head skin or change NameTag
For delete a head just right click on it and click on the cross.

This plugin is very easy to use
You can show head and nametag per player now !!!
