ULTRA BeastSpawnerLevelUp 1.8

This plugin will allow you to lock spawners so your players need to level up
there access with XP.
Players can t kill mobs from spawners witch you lock if they don t have
that spawner level.

Of course you can edit all messages in config.yml and spawner levels
